Toy Soldiers (VR)

Toy Soldiers was developed as a project for the Technology-driven Experimental Game Design course at the University of Gothenburg. The task was to develop the prototype of a VR game in Unreal Engine using Blueprint Visual Scripting.

The player is standing next to a table and a toy box. On the table is a base, which the player has to defend from attacking waves of toy soldiers. To do so, the player has to position their own toy soldiers on the table. These ally toy soldiers can be taken from the toy box which is open for a limited time before every wave of enemies.

The game design was developed in cooperation by all team members. Further, my tasks included adjusting the VR controlls to our needs and implementing the toy box as well as the placement of soldiers.
