08/2020 – ongoing: Software Developer at sixteen tons entertainment/Promotion Software GmbH
As software developer at Promotion Software GmbH I am involved in the development of EMERGENCY, which is available on Steam, as well as EMERGENCY HQ, which is available on Android and iOS. My tasks involve programming gameplay systems and implementing UI widgets, as well as the development of backend functions and development tools.

01/2020 – 06/2020: Teaching Assistant for Real-Time Systems at University of Gothenburg, Sweden
As teaching assistant I was helping other students with their tasks during lab sessions in the course Real-Time Systems and evaluate their results. Those tasks the students worked on included creating an object oriented software design for programming an ARM-based card to generate tones and play a melody in real-time, as well as implementing that design in C.
08/2019 – 01/2020: Teaching Assistant for Computer Graphics at University of Gothenburg, Sweden
As teaching assistant I was helping other students with their tasks during lab sessions in the course Computer Graphics and evaluate their results. Those tasks the students worked on range from rendering simple triangles to implementing SSAO, heightfield rendering or path tracing in C++ with OpenGL.

01/2017 – 08/2018: Unity3D Programmer at upjers GmbH in Bamberg, Germany
As programmer at upjers GmbH I was heavily involved in the development of League of Pirates, which was released for Android, iOS and Windows (Steam), and other as of yet unreleased projects. My tasks involved mostly gameplay programming in C#, shader programming, assembling and animating GUIs and developing generic modules for use across multiple projects.

09/2018 – 09/2020: Game Design and Technology Master’s Programme at University of Gothenburg, Sweden
The Game Design and Technology programme combines courses on UX and game design with technical courses like computer graphics and game engine architecture. I am looking to graduate in summer 2020.

09/2012 – 08/2016: Applied Computer Science Bachelor’s Programme at University of Applied Sciences Ravensburg-Weingarten, Germany
I finished my BSc in Applied Computer Science in 2016, writing my thesis on developing an augmented reality using Vuforia in Unity. During my studies I chose to complement the mandatory courses by following the track on digital media and games.

10/2015 – 03/2016: Practical Semester at FILMAKADEMIE Baden-Württemberg GmbH in Ludwigsburg, Germany
During my time at the FILMAKADEMIE Baden-Württemberg GmbH I was part of a team with other students, developing the installation/game Murks Manifaktur. My role in the team was technical lead, which mostly involved the tasks of taking care of the visual tracking of objects with the help of another student and programming the gameplay.
